Binding Agreement
The limit of Jerdon’s responsibility for any purchases that you make is expressed in the Terms and Conditions specified below and the Terms of Use for Jerdon Web site which are incorporated herein by reference, as they may be amended from time to time. When purchasing a product or replacement part, you agree to all of such terms and conditions by clicking on the “PLACE ORDER” button.

Payment Methods
Jerdon accepts Visa and MasterCard. To order by check or money order, please write to us specifying the product or part number you wish to purchase, and include your check or money order for the purchase price, applicable tax and shipping/processing charges. For assistance you may call the Focus Electric Customer Service Department at 866-759-4650.
Sales Tax
State law requires that Jerdon charge applicable sales tax on orders.
Shipping
Orders may be shipped FedEx Ground, FedEx Next Day or FedEx 2nd Day, dependent upon inventory availability. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for standard FedEx Ground delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders placed after 1:00 p.m. C.S.T. will be processed the next business day.
International
Jerdon currently accepts and ships orders only within the continental United States. Please return to our Web site for future updates on this policy.
30 Day Return Policy
All products and parts purchased directly from Jerdon include a satisfaction guarantee of 30 days from the date of purchase. Jerdon products purchased from a retailer or received as a gift must be returned to the original place of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Jerdon within 30 days from the date of original purchase, you may return the item(s) directly to the company. Items must be returned in original condition and must include all original packaging, accessories and printed materials. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A 10% restocking charge will be assessed for the return. (The restocking charge will not be applied, to the return, if it was a result of a Jerdon error.) This satisfaction guarantee does not cover alleged damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents or alterations to items purchased directly from Jerdon.
Please carefully package and return the item(s) prepaid and insured with an explanation of your dissatisfaction to the address below. Jerdon is not responsible for returned items which become lost in transit.
Return shipping charges are not refundable.

Product Warranty
Appliance 1 Year Limited Warranty
Focus Electrics, LLC (“Focus Electrics”) warrants this appliance from failures in the material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase with proof of purchase, provided the appliance is operated and maintained in conformity with the provided Instruction Manual. Any failed part of the appliance will be repaired or replaced without charge at Focus Electrics’ discretion. This warranty applies to indoor household use only.
This warranty does not cover any damage, including discoloration, to any non-stick surface of the appliance. This warranty is null and void, as determined solely by Focus Electrics if the appliance is damaged through accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, scratching, or if the appliance is altered in any way.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICUALR PURPOSE, PERFORMANCE, OR OTHERWISE, WHICH ARE HERBY EXCLUDED. IN NO EVENT SHALL FOCUS ELECTRICS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, FORSEEABLE, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS APPLIANCE.
If you think the appliance has failed or requires service within its warranty period, please contact the Focus Electrics Customer Service Department at 866-290–1851 or e-mail us at service@focuselectrics.com. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. A receipt proving original purchase date will be required for all warranty claims. Hand-written receipts are not accepted. Focus Electrics is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
